Standing out takes more than off-the-shelf solutions; it takes smart design, precision engineering and the confidence to do things differently.

Our client approached us with a clear vision: to integrate special FX units directly into an entertainment stage, creating a seamless, flush finish without compromising performance. Starting with just the machine model reference for the Hyperion D6, our team sourced the original manufacturer drawings.

These were then translated into our in-house 3D design software, allowing us to develop a fully bespoke, countersunk housing solution tailored precisely to the units and the stage environment. Every detail was carefully considered – from fit and durability to ease of installation and long-term performance.

Once the concept was approved, fabrication began in our workshop, where each housing unit was expertly manufactured to meet the required specification.

Installation was just as critical as the build. Our team travelled overseas to carry out the on-site works, routing precise sections of the stage to accommodate the new housings. Each unit was expertly fitted into position, resulting in a clean, completely flush finish that blended seamlessly into the wider stage design.

To complete the solution, we designed and manufactured a removable acrylic lid system with integrated magnets. This provides protection for the units while ensuring the special FX jets can operate efficiently and without obstruction whenever required.

The end result is a fully integrated special FX solution that blends effortlessly into the stage when not in use, yet delivers maximum impact precisely when it is needed.
